      • Our client don't need Technical guys, if we have a Technical Guy who understands what's in the Buzz words he might be worth talking, it deals with a lot of day to day meetings and understanding what the end client wants from business users. I feel a person has some experience on Mainframe but has moved to BI area in the last couple of years and knows all the stuff will be worth.

        Roles and Responsibility Monitoring Application Development and Implementation.

        • Advising Department on adequacy of internal controls and audit systems in operations by bench marking with best practices.
        • Providing inputs to Department on processes, business rule formulations etc, during the application development phase.
        • Monitoring Implementation of IT system during all phases.
        • Contribute to production readiness/hand-off review before go-live
        • Advising Department on IT and business architecture, developed by the IA, its suitability to the needs/requirements.
        • Vetting quality and suitability of all deliverables of application development submitted by IA, supporting Department in sign-off on various deliverables.
        • Supporting Department in conducting user acceptance testing and quality audits and other associated activities.

        Monitoring IT infrastructure & Services delivery performance

        • Development of necessary templates for monitoring SLAs and expected performance requirements of the Application, platform and Network.
        • Monitoring operations and service delivery, analysis of service delivery data and IT infrastructure performance.
        • Advising Department on matters relating to compliance with SLA parameters and expected performance requirements.
        • Escalation of SLA reports and associated issues, resolution methods to designated officials of Department.

        Key Stakeholder Management

        • Planning key stakeholder feedback surveys to understand effectiveness of service delivery.
        • Design of stakeholder feedback forms and conducting surveys to capture response on services, service levels, availability of infrastructure and grievance redressal status etc.
        • Conducting key Stakeholder feedback surveys at various locations and on a sample basis as required by Department.
        • Assessing changes required in applications, service delivery and subsequent changes.

        Training and Knowledge management

        • Preparation & Implementation of a detailed training plan.
        • Monitoring of effectiveness of training delivered to Department and key stakeholders.

        Contract and relationship management

        • Assist the department in bid management for selection of IA.
        • Interacting with vendor(s) on an on-going basis.
        • Preparation of change control proceedings, analysis of options, implications of changes required in proposed system, preparation of implementation schedules.
        • Support Department in all discussions with IA by preparing.
