i. Project Management Professional (PMP®)

PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP® demonstrates that you have the experience, eductation and competency to successfully lead and direct projects.


PMP® Requirements

To apply for the PMP®, you need to have either:

  • A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education OR

  • A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

What is ITIL®?
ITIL® is the most widely adopted approach for IT Service Management in the world. It provides a practical, no-nonsense framework for identifying, planning, delivering and supporting IT services to the business.

ITIL® V3 Foundation course 2-Day Instructor-Led Courses

ITIL® V3 (the latest version of ITIL®) Foundation covers ITIL® basics and terminology and is a pre-requisite to all other ITIL® V3 qualifications

ITIL® Foundation Training The ITIL® Foundation Certificate is the entry level qualification, and is mandatory to progress any further within the overall ITIL® scheme. It is designed to confirm your understanding of the basic terms, concepts, relationships and processes of ITIL®.

The ITIL® foundation examination format is:

  • Multiple choice
  • One hour duration
  • 40 questions
  • Pass mark is 65% (26/40)
  • Closed book
